COVID-19 PROTOCOL

• MASK is to be worn at all times while inside the hospital
• MASK-Cover your mouth and nose with a facemask while inside the hospital at all times.
• ONE visitor allowed in the hospital at all times. 
• When entering the building or the café, please be respectful of occupancy limits, and wear your mask at all times.
• Patients having surgery or a procedure must provide the name and phone number of their responsible person to the check-in / screener staff.

• MÁSCARILLA-Cúbrase la boca y la nariz con una mascarilla mientras esté dentro del hospital, todo el tiempo.
• UN(A) visitante permitido en el hospital en todo momento.
• Al ingresar al edificio o al café, respete los límites de ocupación, y use su máscarilla.
• Los pacientes que se someten a una cirugía o un procedimiento deben proporcionar el nombre y el número de teléfono de la persona responsable al personal de registro.
